Monterey 2017 Photo Gallery: Carmel-by-the-Sea

The first of our photo galleries from Monterey 2017 features the Carmel-by-the-Sea Concours on the Avenue, captured as it happened by Tim Scott of Fluid Images, against the backdrop of the beach city’s famously charming architecture.
Tuesday saw Carmel’s Ocean Avenue closed to traffic and filled instead with a captivating mix of American and foreign cars – more than 175 in total, including the usual American muscle and European sports machinery plus a healthy dose of the altogether unexpected. Best of all, the display is entirely free-of-charge to the general public.
