Something for the weekend? The 19 May Stonor Supercar Sunday

Something for the weekend? The 19 May Stonor Supercar Sunday 9th May 2019

There’s just over a week to go to this year’s bigger and even better event held in the sublime rolling parkland of Stonor Park set in the heart of the Chilterns, less than an hour from London.

The Kidston K500 team enjoyed sunshine, supercars of all ages and good company on the lawns of Stonor House in 2018. Once again, organiser William Stonor expects a fine turn-out on Sunday 19 May, the aim being to make his family home and its dramatic grounds a quintessentially British mixture of all things mechanical, artistic and cultural. The superior food stalls aren’t bad, either...

New for 2019 is the partnerships with investment managers Charles Stanley and Bremont, the luxury watchmaker based in nearby Henley-on-Thames.

Stanley Supercar Paddock, which means it will be up for a prize in two categories, Historic Supercar and Modern Supercar (runners-up are also awarded). Or do come along with the family as a visitor. Early Bird Tier Three tickets are available now for a limited time and provide a saving of £2 per ticket – £16 instead of the full price of £18 for an adult ticket and £10 instead of £12 for a child ticket.

Yes, there are a couple of pots up for grabs. But this is no stuffy concours, it’s more a meeting of the like-minded in one of England’s most dramatic settings, one used many times as a TV and film location – remember The Living Daylights?

We will be there and look forward to meeting subscribers, friends and clients old and new. For further information, visit www.stonor.com/events/supercarsunday2019
